Kala offers the solution with the Mahogany Guitarlele that perfectly suits the guitarist who'd like to start playing immediately, without spending countless hours practising first. This guitarlele is the same size as a regular tenor ukulele, has 6 nylon acoustic guitar strings, ADGCEA tuning, and is made of mahogany which gives the instrument a solid, warm sound. The ADGCEA tuning is only a quarter note higher than a regular guitar, and will allow you to start playing right away so you can enjoy this guitarlele to the fullest. With the Kala Mahogany Guitarlele, every guitarist can easily produce that typical Hawaiian sound.

Kala Brand Music Company was founded by Mike Upton in the US in 2005 and produces hand-made ukuleles, U-basses and guitars in Petaluma California. Just like with their ukulele basses in 2007, Kala has made a name for themselves with their signature Elite series, which has globally put the brand on the map. Kala invested a lot in creating instruments that have a distinct sound as well as comfortable playability. Since then the company has been providing ukulele players all around the world with quality instruments at a great price.
