The VX5 also offers an Intelligent Harmoniser that automatically generates polyphonic vocals based on the chords of a connected guitar or keyboard. with over 99 presets on board and room for a total of 250 custom settings, you can endlessly vary and discover unexpected soundscapes. The colour display and clear menus make customising your sound intuitive, while A/B mode lets you switch between two effect combinations and Talk Mode temporarily disables all FX in one click. this gives you all the tools you need to quickly switch between creations and speaking moments during a gig.

The VX5 doesn't disappoint in terms of connectivity either: it acts as a stereo USB audio interface with 24-bit/48 kHz for direct recording in your DAW, including a premium XLR microphone preamp with switchable +48 V phantom power. via USB-MIDI, you can automate preset changes to save valuable time during extended shows. Two sturdy footswitches allow hands-free navigation through your presets and offer a quick bypass for speech with your audience. the ground lift switch on the XLR output frees you from unwanted hum and noise, so your voice always comes through clearly.
