Have you always wanted a wireless version of your favourite dynamic microphone? The U3 system by Xvive can make it happen. Plug the U3's transmitter into your mic output and the signal will be send to the U3 receiver wirelessly in 48 kHz/24-bit resolution. Both the transmitter and the receiver have built-in rechargeable batteries, so you can use the U3 system for your camera or field recorder as well. The Xvive U3 operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency band for world-wide use, without the need for permits.

Prima systeem, lang getwijfeld om dit te kopen maar geen spijt van. Ik gebruik het om mijn (favoriete) mic draadloos te maken Was bang voor vertraging maar hier is niks van te merken, koppeling gaat super. Misschien iets minder dynamiek in de stem als een bedrade mic maar dit is nihil. Blij met mijn aankoop!

Ik kende het systeem al,maar ik was in eerste instantie toch voor een ander merk gegaan. Maar deze haalde de kwaliteit en robuustheid, bij lange na niet. De Xvive werkt fantastisch, geen ruis, prachtige sound en plug & play. Erg blij dat ik toch voor de Xvive ben gegaan.

Ik heb getwijfeld, moest ik dit wel doen? Dit kon toch niet beter zijn dan volledige wireless microfoons? Beter weet ik niet, maar wel net zo goed. On stage werkt dit perfect! Geen gedoe met kabels, geen last van statische prikjes vanuit de PA en de respons van de zender is perfect. Geen vertraging, geen ingewikkeld gedoe. Ik geef de ontvanger aan de geluidsmensen en die hoeven alleen maar in te prikken. De batterij duur is echt vijf uur en het feit dat je kunt opladen is heel erg handig. Daarnaast heeft de set mij nog nooit in de steek gelaten. Geen interventies met andere microfoons op het podium, ook niet met de wireless systemen van mijn bass of de gitaar. Om te testen heb ik mijn telefoon er een keer naast gelegd, geen centje pijn, alles blijft goed werken en helder klinken, geen enkele storing te horen.

Nadat ik al eerder naar tevredenheid een Xvive U2 voor m'n gitaar heb gekocht, nu de U3 voor m'n microfoon aangeschaft. Beide zendertjes werken erg prettig: klein, makkelijk op te laden, lange werkduur en geen ruis. Zoals al eerder vermeld, kan de U3 ook gebruikt worden om een linesignaal te versturen, op het zendgedeelte zit namelijk een schakelaar om te kiezen tussen een microfoon en een line-signaal.
Kortom een prima alternatief voor een (dure) draadloze microfoon als je zelf al een microfoon hebt.
