The Shure BLX1288E/CVL is a handy, two-channel wireless combination set consisting of a BLX-2 handheld and a CVL tie-pin microphone, BLX1 transmitter and a BLX88 receiver. This set is particularly suitable for speech applications! The combination of a lavalier microphone and a handheld microphone makes the BLX1288E/CVL very interesting for interviews between, for example, a presenter and someone in the audience, especially thanks to the wireless range of up to 91 metres (in the receiver's field of view). The BLX88 is a professional, two-channel receiver equipped with balanced XLR connectors and unbalanced TS connectors for stronger signal transmission over short distances.
