The BOSS WL-20 is a simple and reliable wireless system for guitar, bass and other electronic instruments. After plugging in the transmitter and the receiver, they'll automatically connect to each other in about 10 seconds. Thanks to the newly-developed technology, superior audio quality and ultra-low latency is assured. That means you can concentrate on playing your instrument while enjoying complete freedom.
The WL-20: Cable Tone Simulation
The WL-20 is a good choice for instruments with passive pickups, and the cable tone simulation feature gives you the same capacitive effect as you get when you connecting your instrument using a cablem reducing the trebles and giving you a warmer sound. The WL-20 is easy to charge using the included USB cable and fully-charged batteries will power the receiver for approximately 10 hours and the transmitter for approximately 12 hours.

A perfect little wireless system. The range is very good, I experienced no dropouts from playing approximately 10+m away. Battery life is also good, no issues at all in a 4 hour rehearsal. For the money you can't really go wrong and Boss is a long established trusted brand.

Works fine, sometimes I'm loosing the connection for short period but ok. If U leave receiver plugged in day or two battery goes fast down.

Fijn systeem dat wel wat last heeft van wifi-versterkers. Opnieuw verbinding maken is dan de oplossing. Geen ruis, geen gekke andere geluiden. Overprikken zonder dat je alles uit moet zetten. Veel bewegingsvrijheid.

Onlangs product aangeschaft. gebruik in combinatie met Headrush ElevenHD. Werkt op zich prima, maar laat zich toch makkelijk verstoren door andere apparaten die aanwezig zijn. Wanneer gebruikt in de repetitieruimte met meerdere mensen die draadloos spelen (met de BOSS WL20) , moet je echt even een aantal keer verbinding maken en wordt de 10 meter zeker niet gehaald zonder verstoring. Ik vind het wel echt een voordeel zonder kabels en overprikken in andere instrumenten zonder klikken. Bovendien lijkt het mijn ruis enorm te onderdrukken, top. Ik ben benieuwd naar de grotere podia, waar ik meer de ruimte heb.

Vandaag dit systeem gekocht. Maandag gaat het weer terug. Waarom? continu tikken. Verbinding tussen de zender en de ontvanger is niet stabiel. Geluid valt niet volledig weg maar naar mijn zin teveel bijgeluiden. Helaas maar weer terug naar een kabel. Ik speel clean op een archtop en dat is niet te doen met dit systeem.

Fijn ding, geen kabels meer! Vrijheid van bewegen op het podium, en geen angst voor over de kabels struikelen of per ongeluk blijven haken.
Ik wissel bij optreden regelmatig van instrument (akoestisch versterkt), 6-string, 12-string, dobro) en hoef nu alleen nog maar de zender op de gitaar in- en uit te pluggen. Ik zet voor de zekerheid de amp op nul, maar het in- en uitpluggen geeft geen kliks of storing. Fantastisch.
Mijn maatje heeft dezelfde set, die sets willen elkaar soms wel eens in de weg zitten, maar even opnieuw syncen en het is gefikst. Blijkbaar pakt ie dan een ander kanaal.

Zeker een pijnlijke aanschaf voor 2 van die kleine dingetjes, maar zeker wel waard. Goed opladen en dan kun je goed vooruit. Het is zo veel gemakkelijker dan al die draden en fijne kwaliteit!
