The XSW 65 GB is the most luxurious wireless handheld microphone set of the Sennheiser XS Wireless series. This is a robust and reliable series of wireless systems with very simple controls. The XSW 65 GB is a wireless condenser microphone with receiver and thanks to its attractive price it is an excellent first step for singers, public speakers and presenters. This UK version operates on a frequency band between 606 and 630 MHz and is therefore well suited for use in the United Kingdom.

XSW 65: the sensitive SKM 65 handheld
The SKM 65 handheld transmitter of the Sennheiser XSW 65 is equipped with a condenser head. This capsule can also be found on the Sennheiser E 865 microphone, which is renowned for its open sound and the fact that it cuts perfectly through the mix. This way, you will always be clearly audible over all the musical violence surrounding you. The microphone is highly directional thanks to its super-cardioid pickup pattern. This means that feedback is prevented and your voice is registered instead of ambient noise.

In order to prepare this set for use, you don't have to be a sound expert! The transmitter and receiver automatically find a suitable frequency together. Once it is synchronised, you can use the microphone for 10 continuous hours, powered by only two AA batteries. The other settings on the XSW12 have been kept simple and intuitive by Sennheiser.

• Please note: this is the UK version, the version with frequency band B (614-638 MHz) is better suited for use in the Netherlands. For use in Belgium, frequency band A is better suited (548-572 MHz).
