General
The Shure BLX4 is a wireless receiver for your Shure BLX series handheld transmitter or beltpack. The compact box features internal antennas, so you don't have to endlessly rotate and adjust it in the hope that it will improve reception. The BLX4 is particularly plug-and-play and operates on the UHF band. Thanks to the Shure QuickScan function, a free channel can be quickly found even in 'busier' environments, so handheld or beltpack and BLX-4 are quickly matched. Via XLR or 6.3mm jack, the audio can continue towards the PA mixer.
Shure's wireless BLX series
Shure's BLX series consists of various wireless transmitters and receivers, designed as affordable but professional sounding wireless solutions for vocals, speech and music. Shure reliability is evident in these handhelds, bodypacks and receivers. The BLX series operates on the UHF frequency and is optimised to provide the most stable signal possible. The models are light but very sturdy and ideal for musicians and technicians who frequently change location.
