General

A potent and flexible all-rounder of a unit, the Omnitronic RM-1422FXA USB power mixer doubles as a USB audio interface and even comes pre-loaded with 24-bit DSP processing so professional-grade effects can be applied to the live sound or recording in real-time. A pair of passive speakers can also be hooked up and driven by the built-in 2x 400 Watt power amplifier, making this mixer a truly adaptable chunk of tech. Audio files can be played back via USB or SD card, or you could simply pair up your phone, tablet or laptop and stream music cable-free, filling the gaps between bands and keeping the night going without the need for any extra external audio gear.

Connection Options + External Effect Support

This mammoth of a mixer supplies a set of six mono input channels and two stereo input channels, each kitted out with a dedicated two-band EQ section. On top of that, two AUX sends have been fitted alongside eight inserts to support your external effects rack. Next to the Main Mix outputs, a separate set of Control Room outputs have also been provided, meaning that this mixer can just as easily be used in recording studios with a separate live and control room. So the incoming signal can be accurately monitored, Omnitronic has also included a clear four-digit stereo LED level display, and since this mixer comes housed in a durable metal chassis complete with rack ears, it can be mounted in any standard 19 inch rack and takes up 3U of space.
