General
The Crown DriveCore XLS 1502 amplifier is a two-channel power amp, and it's received a number of upgrades compared to its predecessor, the XLS 1500. This second generation DriveCore amp features more flexible band pass filtering, selectable input sensitivity, a sleek new design, and it's even possible to remotely switch it on and off.
Features
The XLS 1502 is suitable for a variety of applications, ranging from live performances and touring, to fixed installations. Thanks to the added bandpass filter on every channel to complement the high and low pass filters, the amp allows for accurate DSP crossover tuning, for instance. Furthermore, on the front panel, you'll find an LCD screen that is three times bigger than the one on the XLS 1500, and there's a sleep mode that will ensure the display turns off automatically after a certain time. In short, the Crown DriveCore XLS 1502 is a highly versatile PA speaker with plenty of power, available at a very reasonable price!

Delivered as promised. Powered up two EV ZX5s in bridged mono. Loads of power and a really crisp sound. I've always been a Yamaha amp fan until I bought this. Power to spare and almost a quarter of the weight of the Yamaha PS700S it replaced. I'm going to buy another.

zeer goede versterker erg stil ik heb er meerdere staan allemaal in bridge mode zowel de full range als voor de sub woofers het mooie is als je zelf een sub woofer maakt dan kan dat zonder filters dit kan je heel goed instellen in de versterker een echte aanrader zorg wel voor de juiste speakers bij grote vermogens 1050 watt bij 8 ohm is best veel voor een versterker van deze afmeting zeer compact en nog geen 4 kg of de buren er ook blij mee zijn weet ik niet

Niet twijfelen, als je een mooie open en krachtige versterker zoekt. Gewoon kopen en niet meer omkijken. :-)

Ik ben van huis uit luidspreker ontwerper.
Nadat ik een geluidssysteem gebouwd had met AR3a woofers, zocht ik een eindversterker met over-
vermogen en goede specs.(o.a. dempingsfactor).
Uiteraard hebben klasse A en AB betere specs, maar ik sta versteld van deze Crown eindtrap!
Ik heb zelden een eindtrap gehad met zo'n dynamisch en neutraal geluid, subliem.
En dat voor deze prijs.
Advies: meteen kopen en niet verder zoeken, veel succes!

Ik ben een hardcore audiofiel. Hoorde van een collega over de Crown versterker. Heb de gok genomen. Voor 375 euro kun je geen buil vallen. Dit is echt een geweldige eindversterker! Mijn speakers zijn Dynaudio 4 ohm. Voor zover een versterker een klank heeft, ik had een Bryston eindversterker die het veel fout kost van de Crown. Hoor bijna geen verschil.. Ik draai nu al bijna 2 weken met de Crown en heel tevreden. Wordt niet heet, heel veel headroom en klinkt gewoon goed. Kan dit voor thuis gebruik van harte aanbevelen!
