Allen & Heath ZED-10 professional compact mixer

We can't help but calling this Allen & Heath Zed-10 mixer small in size. Don't judge this mixer merely by its looks, however. You will find out quickly that Allen & Heath have developed a very professional little mixer. This mixer is based on the ZED USB series which allows you to record and play from your computer. Because this system works both ways, you can put your computer-stored effects directly into your mix. This mixer is also equipped with four microphone inputs and two stereo inputs. Of the four microphone inputs, two have a very high impedance so you can make a direct connection with your guitar. No DI boxes or guitar amps are required.

The stereo channels have RCA and 6.3 mm connectors which allow you to dispatch a piano stereo or to connect a CD player. It does not really matter whether you use a 48-channel mixer or this 6-channel mixer as Allen & Heath have a special system which separates all channels to reduce the chance of interference. You can also record without any disturbance. This mixer has a high-quality equaliser section that allows you to alter the dB values of different tones. With this mixer, Allen & Heath have made a very clever set that gets the most out of studios, churches and small systems.
