Based on the dynamics section of the famed Paragon P40, the API Select SR22 compressor has been loaded with two channels that feature automatic attack and release functions plus stereo linking for exceptionally musical results. The Thrust function comes carried over from API's 2500 bus compressor, while the side-chain filter can be used to make the SR22 doesn't respond as intensely to lower frequencies. What you get in return is the punchy sound that made API famous.
