Part of the Fazley Sunset Series, the Tempest 90 electric guitar blends contemporary style with the surprisingly rich output of a P90 pickup in the neck position - hence '90'. The result is a loud-mouthed T-style model that packs both bite and that traditional twang, not to mention a model that'll work for fresh-faced players and seasoned guitarists alike. The Sunset Series Tempest 90: A Trusty Playing Experience

Unique for a guitar at this price, the neck has been made using roasted maple: specially-dried maple that's harder and extra stable. This, combined with the satin-gloss finish, the twenty-two medium jumbo frets and the modern C-profile of the neck adds up to a high level of playing comfort, which is enhanced even further by the oblique-contoured cut-out in the basswood body, granting eased access to the highest frets to support swift solos.

Would buy this Guitar again it looks very good and plays very well. Below is some feedback

Positives

Sunburst Frets 22. Telecaster 21.
Saddles 6 not 3
Easy to String Bend - Strings go through Saddle not body
Neck easy to play
Finish of guitar really good, Guitar feels well made

Nice Weight see specs for exact weight
Pick Guard is white easier to see strings when picking

Delivery from Factory to Courier was fast, Paperwork at every stage from Bax. Courier delivered quickly also

Packaging very good, Guitar packed in box with good packaging and then packed in a shipping box

Action slightly higher out of the box from 12th fret, can be tweaked. I have played this for many hours now and to be honest the more I play the less I want to lower the strings

Picking of strings is easier can go from chords and power chords to individual string picking. The gaps of the string seem to allow ease of picking.

Sound is a lot better than i imagined and you can tell the difference between the front. middle and back setting. The Neck slides well put it this way I can play Message in a Bottle on this telecaster copy its a lot more difficult on my Ibanez Gio.

Only a matter of time before these guitars rise in value and cost the recommended retail price etc.

Would buy another guitar from BAX and Fazley in the future, searched reviews on YouTube before buying this one.

Current Guitar Ibanez GIO RG Series GRX70QA-TBB

Bought the Telecaster Copy, so I can drop the Ibanez down half a step and use Telecaster for Standard songs e.g Police-Andy Summers and Drop D

Just received this fazley sunset tempest p90 and for it's price it's a lovely guitar.
Roasted maple neck, basswood body, graphite nut, no fret sprout, rounded fret ends. P 90 is warm and responsive. Maybe you'd want to mod the single coil for a hotrail but I'm nit picking. For £105, £5 postage and 5 day delivery over a weekend too, Im delighted with the double boxing, condition of the guitar and its arrival setup and condition. Highly recommended.

Ik heb deze gitaar intussen een paar jaar. Speelt goed, houdt goed toon, goed afgewerkt, de P90/singlecoil is een interessante combinatie en de 3-weg switch werkt degelijk. De toonknop doet niet heel veel. Deze gitaar heeft echter één groot nadeel: gigantische neck dive. Ik moet continu de nek terug naar boven schuiven, ook al hangt er een gitaarband aan die behoorlijk wat frictie geeft en zowat elke andere gitaar op zijn plaats houdt. Helaas maakt dit het spelen toch wel ongemakkelijk.
