General
If you own a handheld transmitter or bodypack from Shure's BLX series, the Shure BLX4 is an outstanding wireless receiver. Its compact housing is equipped with internal antennas, which means you won't have to make manual adjustments in order to enhance the signal. The BLX4 is a plug-and-play device that uses the UHF band. Thanks to Shure's QuickScan function, it is able to effortlessly find an available channel, even with a lot of bandwidth traffic going on, so your handheld mic or bodypack can easily be synced with the receiver. An XLR or 1/4" jack connector then transmits your signal to a PA mixer.
