What is a B-stock product?

A product becomes B-stock when it can no longer be sold as new. It can simply be a product that has been returned by a customer or it may have packaging that is damaged or missing. It’s possible that the product itself may show slight signs of use or damage too. All B-stock products are fully checked to ensure that they work properly and you can find details of why the product is a B-stock in the information above.

B-stock information

The B-stock tab on the product page shows information about the B-stock product. Be aware that this information supersedes anything you may read in the product description. The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.

B-stock photos

The B-stock photos allow you to see the actual B-stock product you are considering purchasing. The photos show the following::

  • Photo of the brand new product
  • Photo of the B-stock product with packaging (if included) and any accessories
  • Photo showing the front of the B-stock product
  • Photo showing the back of the B-stock product
  • Photo showing any damage to the B-stock product (if applicable)

General

Arturia's DrumBrute Impact is so addictive it should come with a warning! This analogue drum synthesizer allows you to make beats quickly and easily, provides 10 analogue drum sounds including kick, snares, hi-hats and cymbal, and every sound can be adjusted, coloured and sequenced via a smooth and intutive interface that's easy to get to grips with.

Features

The DrumBrute Impact has many of the same sequencing options as the original DrumBrute, albeit in a simpler form. You can make straight-up beats as well as more complex polyrhythms using an on-board step sequencer with room for 64 patterns with up to 64 steps each. Using the Random and Swing knobs you can easily add effects to individual sounds or to everything at once.

Connections

Naturally, you'll want to be able to integrate the DrumBrute Impact with other gear which is why it has plenty of connection options on board. It has a USB port, MIDI in/out, clock in/out, a mix output, a headphone socket and there are also 4 individual outputs for the drum tracks. All in all, the DrumBrute Impact is a powerful analogue drum synth that offers plenty of possibilities.

Arturia DrumBrute Impact Analogue Drum Synthesizer

Bought this as an add on for my eurorack setup. It's easy to use and great fun to experiment with. Great range of drum sounds and excellent value for money. Try doing the same with Eurorack and would cost at least three time as much!

Arturia DrumBrute Impact Analogue Drum Synthesizer

Got the Drumbrute Impact a week ago and it's a blast. The sounds, and possilbities to tweak them, are great. It's actully 2 sets of sounds for each drum part, plus the ability to tune and distort them take it further. Then the FM drum add even more fun. The pattern programing, repreating & rolling make it easy to get some great beats going, then add the swing, randomisation and polyrythm control take it another level.

Arturia DrumBrute Impact Analogue Drum Synthesizer

Arturia DrumBrute Impact Analogue Drum Synthesizer
