A product becomes B-stock when it can no longer be sold as new. It can simply be a product that has been returned by a customer or it may have packaging that is damaged or missing. It’s possible that the product itself may show slight signs of use or damage too. All B-stock products are fully checked to ensure that they work properly and you can find details of why the product is a B-stock in the information above.
The B-stock tab on the product page shows information about the B-stock product. Be aware that this information supersedes anything you may read in the product description. The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.
The B-stock photos allow you to see the actual B-stock product you are considering purchasing. The photos show the following::
Packaging in good condition: undamaged (sticky tape residue may be visible)
Packaging damaged: box has dents, tears and/or holes
Packaging missing: replaced with a Bax Music box
New: the product itself is new, but the packaging may not look new
Signs of use (no damage or scratches): smudges, fingerprints and/or dust
Scratches/damage: product has scratches and/or damage
Yes! Our 30-Day Trial Period also applies to B-stock products.
Yes! Our usual Bax Music warranty also applies to most B-stock products.

Finished with the handsome, traditional look of an acoustic upright, the Yamaha CLP-835 Digital Piano is a welcome addition to any living room. From the natural feel of the keys to the three pedals, this piano offers a realistic playing experience. More expansive than the CLP-825 in both presence and functionality, this model comes with a roomy selection of sounds, including two piano sounds based on real samples of a Bösendorfer Imperial grand and a Yamaha CFX concert piano. The samples are also binaural, meaning that when wearing headphones, you're treated to a spacious and enveloping 3D experience. The wider polyphony, bigger bank of effects and increased recording options also more-than-justify the bigger investment.
