General
While the Harmonic Booster by Darkglass Electronics is a superb 'standard' preamp, it's actually built to form a perfect tone-shaping duo with one of the brand's range of distortion pedals. Since it's as flexible as it is portable, this harmonically-rich preamp is a blessing in both the studio and on stage, and makes for an indispensable bit of kit for any self-respecting bassist.
