The Fazley Meteor 15 Watt combo guitar amplifier is an excellent pick if you're looking for a stable and affordable transistor amp with a little flair. Donning a black finish, a grey speaker cloth and chrome-plated corners, the Meteor 15 sets you up with two channels - clean and overdrive - so you can switch things up at will.
The Meteor 15: Tweak Either Channel to Taste
In addition to a master volume knob, this Fazley-designed combo features a gain pot for dialling in a custom degree of distortion - plus a simple-yet-effective 3-band equalizer section so you can fine-tune the basses, trebles and mids of the overall sound. Last but not least, it comes with a headphone output so you can literally practise any time of day.

For the money this is a great little bedroom amp. It is not super loud (which is great in this situation) and has a great EQ with treble, high and low mids, plus bass. I have been really impressed with the tonal range on my basses through this amp, which is improved further by use of a compressor pedal. I also love the look of this amp; it has an early 60s vibe and is a cool little beasty. Speedy delivery from Bax as well.

De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is top. Zeer gepast als "bedroom amp" om mee te oefenen. De overdrive klinkt prima. Verder is het geluid helder en de versterker zoemt niet. Zeker een aanrader voor de beginnende gitarist of een meer ervaren speler die een goedkope oefenversterker zoekt!

Voor €58,- heb je een mooie bas versterker.
- De 4-band equalizer werkt fijn en hij voelt aan als goede kwaliteit.
- Het geluid is redelijk, maar alleen op lagere volumes. Voor hogere volumes wordt het geluid slechter.
- Het is maar een 6.5 inch 15 Watt versterker dus het volume gaat niet heel hoog. Voor met een band oefen kan het misschien nog als iedereen op redelijk volume zit en als er geen drummer bij zit.
Het is redelijke waarde voor je geld, maar dan wel voor een lage hoeveelheid geld. Als je beter (bas) geluid wilt of een versterker voor samen met andere oefenen, kijk dan eerder naar iets hogere prijsklasse en grotere speaker. (Of raadpleeg uw lokale muziekexpert :P)

Voor thuis oefenen ook voor de wat meer gevorderde gitarist aan te raden, zeker voor de prijs.
Overdrive gaat vooral het laatste stukje best 'over the top' zodat je er zonder verdere hulpmiddelen ook best hard rock en metal mee kunt spelen.
Ziet er leuk uit en voelt ook degelijk aan.
Voor thuis oefenen ook voor de wat meer gevorderde gitarist aan te raden, zeker voor de prijs.
