General
The Marshall MG15R meets all of your basic requirements and even features built-in reverb for a little extra vibe. Its civilised nature lets you enjoy the MG Gold at home, as well as in the rehearsal space or on smaller stages depending on your band configuration. The 8-inch custom speaker blesses your guitar sound with rich bass and clear trebles and, to personalise it some more, Marshall have outfitted the MG15R with a 3-band equalizer. The volumes of both channels can be independently set and the overdrive channel features a gain knob to get just the right amount of overdrive.

Very happy with my new Amp, it even makes my old guitars, which have a couple of problems with some of the strings, sound great.
I needed something a little louder than my 10 Watt beginner amps, and something that would give me a "dirtier" rock sound, which this does in spades. More control options mean I can change how my guitar sounds relevant to the songs I'm playing.
I guess the only downside is my neighbours are gonna hear me that much louder now !
Very happy with my choice, the only slight negative is that the Power cord is not very long at all, which I was used to having with my previous amps.
But still satisfied with this purchase.

Ik had mijn buizenversterker verkocht en dacht naar aanleiding van de recencies ik probeer het uit als tussenoplossing. Wel oke. Met reverb oke. Overdrive slecht. Dus geretourneerd. Goei service van Bax dat dat altijd probleemloos kan.

De versterker is precies zoals verwacht. Mooi helder geluid, goed en stevig gebouwd en zeker niet lelijk. Het enige minpunt voor mij is dat er niet genoeg gain op zit voor mij, maar dit valt al snel op te lossen met een distortion pedal.
Al met al, precies zoals verwacht en geen problemen.
