Paiste Color Sound 900 19-inch Blue Medium Crash

Virtually all drum kits have the same bronze-coloured cymbals, so if you really want to stand out, Paiste presents their Color Sound 900 series that includes this 19-inch medium crash with a striking blue coating. The colour is applied in a very thin layer on top of the B8-bronze alloy cymbal, which has been hammered with precision by hand. This results in a clear, full sound with warm undertones. The accents this crash can produce are suitable for any style of music.

Color Sound 900

Paiste has had coloured cymbals in their assortment since 1984, but they've only recently breathed new life into them with their Color Sound 900 series. The range is based on Paiste's 900 series but each cymbal has a different-coloured coating on top. This coating is very thin but durable and scratch-proof. Besides the visual aspect, the coating gives these cymbals a drier sound with a shorter sustain and bigger attack.
