The One Control Golden Acorn Overdrive Special is a small pedal that brings your guitar playing to life with rich overdrive and huge dynamics. You put the overdrive at the beginning of your signal chain to enjoy the wide dynamic range that feeds the rest of your pedals. The character of the Golden Acorn Overdrive Special is inspired by legendary D-style amps: highly dynamic with smooth, accessible distortion.

Ideal for blues, fusion and rock

Operation is easy thanks to the clear layout with LED indicator and knobs for volume, bright and ratio. This gives you all the tools you need to tune the sound exactly to your style. And not using the pedal? Then true bypass ensures that your dry signal comes out of the pedal unchanged. The One Control Golden Acorn Overdrive Special delivers a subtle and dynamic drive that is ideal for blues, fusion, rock or other styles where dynamics count!
