General
Yamaha's all-round 6-ply birch Stage Custom Birch shell set in Raven Black has improved shell hardware and is available in more configurations as well as this fusion set. It consists of a 20-inch bass drum, a 14-inch floor tom, a 10 and a 12-inch tom and a 14 x 5.5-inch snare drum.
Smart design
Yamaha have given this shell set a number of practical elements that ensure an optimal sound by keeping the shells intact. The special Y.E.S.s. tom holder system is easy to adjust and centred on the bass drum to prevent vibrations from the hardware. It also guarantees extra resonance.
6-ply birch
The shells in the improved Yamaha Stage Custom Birch shell set are made of six plies of birch. This type of wood produces especially high volume levels, which makes this set particularly suitable for live performances. It's a shell set with a powerful attack and excellent projection.

Super set. Speel tijdens repetities onversterkt : prima volume. Met nieuwe Remo pinstripes en ambassador snare vel echt geweldige sound voor rock genre, maar ook voor bijv blues. Diverse professionele drummers met zelf veel duurdere kits vonden het verbazingwekkend goed klinkende set!
