General
The SE Electronics DynaCaster DCM 6 studio microphone is able to capture warm, radio-grade speech, even when you're not sitting in a radio station studio. This dynamic microphone is insensitive to sound coming from the back and sides, leaving it front-focussed and able to effectively ignore any ambient noise to result in clean and clear recording. This model also features a built-in Dynamite circuit: a preamp that delivers 30 decibels of extra gain when it's set up as an active microphone, and when it's set up to serve as a passive microphone, you can even use it to capture the sound of louder instruments like a full drum kit and guitar amplifiers that don't need that extra 30dB boost. Thanks to the slimline design and integrated stand adapter, the DCM 6 takes up minimal space, keeping things discrete whether you're creating content or podcasting.
