The AKG D5 C is a dynamic microphone that's excellently suited for professional vocal applications. It features a Varimotion diaphragm for a powerful, accurate, transparent sound without feedback. Thanks to its cardioid pickup pattern, the microphone mainly captures audio from the front, and very little from the sides and back. An internal pop filter reduces ambient noise that's caused by wind and plosives, while a powerful steel grille protects the capsule during demanding live gigs.

D5 C: Varimotion

AKG's Varimotion technology is applied to headphones as well as microphones. Varimotion diaphragms are thick in the middle, while their gauge tapers off to the sides. Onlangs deze AKG D5 C aangeschaft. Perfect klinkende zangmicrofoon. Ondanks close micking weinig ploppen, geen last van feedback door de smalle nier karakteristiek en warme sound. Lekker vet laag en sprankelend in het hoog. Ik heb hem vergeleken met de aloude Shure SM58 maar die komt nog niet eens in de buurt. Grote klasse AKG. Wordt een grote concurrent voor de SM58. Zeker als je ook nog eens de prijs in ogenschouw neemt. Hoe dan ook, ik ben er blij mee. Ook met de afhandeling van Bax-shop. Chapeau..! Bax-shop.
