Most singers don't want their voices to be drowned out by the sound of the rest of the band, but with the AKG D5 LX microphone, that won't be a problem! This champagne-coloured mic will inspire you to belt out all your favourite songs. The D5 LX offers volume, that's for sure, and with its supercardioid directional characteristics, feedback doesn't stand a chance. It's also equipped with AKG's patented Varimotion diaphragm, so your voice is sure to always cut through the mix.
Besides the Varimotion diaphragm and directional characteristics that produce this mic's clear sound, the D5 LX is equipped with more handy features. The 'hum-compensation coil', for example, removed annoying humming sounds, the integrated pop filter keeps irritating handling noises to a minimum, and a double shock absorber prevents amplifying every move the mic makes. This means you can literally run across the stage, jump, dance - heck, you can even crawl - without the sound of the AKG suffering one bit. For ballads, place the D5 LX in its microphone stand adapter and when it's time to go home, simply slip it into the included storage pouch.
