Do you have a moment for Eventide? Because this company is bringing all of its effect classics back in digital form, and that deserves some attention! Take the Instant Flanger (FL201); a popular effect in the old days, especially for guitar parts, but there are many uses for it. And so it has, on many albums this vintage flanger has been used. So it's here again, in software, a perfect emulation of a classic. This of course offers many advantages, such as an unlimited number of instances (at most limited by the capacity of your computer) and storage of settings in your DAW project. There are many flangers on the market that incorporate the general flanger algorithm. There is one flanger that specifically emulates this Eventide classic; namely, this one!
