General

Among other things, Eventide is known for its harmonisers, a way to form a chord from, say, your own voice. These are comparatively big jumps. An octave higher is a factor of two in terms of frequencies. An octave lower means dividing by two a frequency. Now in the past it was realised that with very small factors you also got very minute pitch deviations. Not even audible as a higher or lower note, but: spun off together with the original, you could hear a very subtle wobble. This idea was designed as a plug-in in Eventide MicroPitch, suitable for very subtle pitch effects.
