DR Strings DDT-55 Drop Down Tuning Extra Heavy 55-115 electric bass strings feature a hex core wound with stainless steel, ensuring defined and punching bass sound, even in lower tunings. To complete a stable string that lasts longer, DR have protected the core with an ultra-thin coating while the round, stainless steel winding helps enhance output. So you can tune down by one or even two whole notes while maintaining optimum tension and playability, this pack includes gauges .055 to .115.
