The Sadowsky Blue Label Electric Guitar String Set Nickel Plated Steel 11-48 is a medium string set for electric guitar, intended for guitarists who like a full, powerful tone and a slightly higher string tension. With diameters from .011 to .048 inches, this set offers more body and sustain, ideal for blues, rock, jazz and alternative styles where tone and dynamics are key. You do have to push a little harder on the strings than with light sets, making these strings less suitable for absolute beginners. The combination of a hexagonal steel core with nickel-plated windings gives your guitar a rich sound with both clear highs and a wide and warm midrange.
