General
The Alexi Scythe is a striking electric guitar designed entirely for powerful metal playing, speed and sustain. The distinctive Scythe body, crafted from alder, is combined with a three-piece hard maple neck and a neck-thru construction, ensuring a direct response and a smooth transition to the higher frets. The ebony fingerboard features 24 frets and striking Scythe inlays. The white finish with black pinstripe creates a contrasting, aggressive look that perfectly matches the character of this guitar.
Alexi Scythe: built for pure metal
For a powerful and defined tone, the guitar is fitted with an EMG FH-2 humbucker in the bridge position. The Floyd Rose FRT-1000 double-locking tremolo allows for deep divebombs and expressive tremolo effects, whilst the Lock Nut helps to keep the tuning stable. The GOTOH SG360-07 tuning machines and simple controls – comprising a single volume control and an MM-04 on/off switch – keep the focus entirely on playing. This makes the Alexi Scythe an excellent choice for fast riffs, technical solos and aggressive metal.
