The Fazley Outlaw Series Sheriff Basic HH electric guitar comes armed with two fat humbuckers and a solid alder body coated in a hand-stained finish to ensure that every example bears its own unique character. The dual-coil passive pickups combine with a three-way selector switch, a pair of tone pots, and a volume control to unleash thick and powerful amplified sound - ideal for anything from straight-up pop to rock and even metal. And, as a sweet bonus, this guitar even comes with a gig bag.
The Fazley Outlaw Series Sheriff Basic: Refined Playability
Fazley have outfitted this edition of the Sheriff with a maple neck with a comfy C-profile and coupled it with a 14-inch fretboard radius and a set of twenty-two medium-jumbo frets to ensure a light and controlled feel along the entire length of the fretboard. The back of the neck has been coated in smooth satin-gloss to support fast fret-work, while a Graph Tech TUSQ nut has been teamed up with a modern two-point tremolo bridge to firm up both tuning and intonation.

I’d recommend buying a spare set of strings as the original B string snapped on me after a couple weeks of light playing. Another bad point is the pickups are quite crudely installed, they work fine just looks bad. Other than that I’d recommend this as a beginner guitar.

Ok I'll start this review like this.
I've been playing semi professionally since 1987 on both guitar and bass and have recently learned to refret and fret level, crown and polish
This guitar was on offer at £43.00 after discount etc, so I thought what would I get for £43.00
I could always use it to practice my new skills.
But it turned up, I gave it a basic setup, adjusted the truss rod and action and it is a fine instrument.
I even took it to my next gig and played it all the way through. It stayed in tune perfectly and sounded good.
Sure you could change the pickups for something else but they were more than acceptable
I couldn't be happier

Purchased in xmas sale for £51. I was a bit sceptical as it was so cheap but blimey, am really impressed.
No sharp fret ends, frets all pretty level and no choking when set to a low action (truss rod obvs needed adjusting).
Decent trem on it - it stays in tune with reasonable whammage - I think the nut is tusq which will help.
Sounds fine.
Really, so a beginner or intermediate player it's a steal. For a seasoned player it's a great grab and go guitar and I'd happily gig it. Well recommended.

Ik heb deze guitar voor mijn 9 jarige zoontje gekocht en de set is super compleet en echt perfect voor beginners. Alles wat je nodig hebt zit erbij, en het is verrassend eenvoudig te gebruiken, zelfs voor een kind dat net begint. De kleur is echt mooi, zelfs mooier dan op de foto's.

Guitare recue environ 1 semaine apres la commande, ce qui reste un délai raisonnable.
La guitare a un look que trouve super sympa avec ce bleu qui laisse voir les veines du bois. Le manche n'est pas peint/vernis, ce que j'apprécie énormément au toucher. La configuration des micros en humbucker sonne très rock mais ils sont polyvalents dans ce domaine.
Malgre tous ces bons points, il m'a fallu a l'ouverture reprendre les reglages se la guitare : hauteur du tremolo, intonation et retrait d'un ressort pour plus de facilité dans le jeu (bends notamment). Tous ces reglages ne sont largement pas insurmontables, mais il faut un peu se renseigner avant de s'y atteler ce qui pourrait effrayer un débutant. Mais pour etre passé par la, et ne pas l'avoir fait tout de suite, votre jeu vous en remerciera! 😉

Bedankt Bax nu kan ik voor een leuke prijs kennis maken met een elektrische gitaar! kan nog niet echt goed oordelen omdat ik nog moet beginnen. Dus alleen over het uiterlijk. Als het niet lukt hang ik deze aan de muur als kunstobject, ook de levering ondanks de jaarwisseling ging goed en goed verpakt heel aangekomen.

Franchement surpris par l'excellente qualité de cette guitare que j'ai achetée en promo. Elle est légère, le manche est facile et agréable à jouer, les micros offrent de bonnes compositions de sons. Et je la trouve très jolie en bleu avec les veines du bois qui restent visibles. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
