General

The 1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom, refinished in Army Drab, is a rare find amongst vintage electric guitars. This guitar has been fully refurbished by the Dutch guitar builder Willem Oostendorp and finished with a striking Olive Drab coat of varnish. Not only does its military-style appearance immediately catch the eye, but this Custom also impresses in terms of playing comfort: at 4.4 kg, it remains remarkably lightweight for a late 1970s Les Paul. Expect a solid, authentic Les Paul tone, impressive sustain and a responsive playing experience. Thanks to the thorough maintenance and well-considered modifications, this Custom is an excellent choice for both stage and studio work. With the included hard case, you can also travel with it safely.
