General
The Godin Stadium HT is a more than satisfying mix of modern playability and boutique style-standards. The maple neck of this electric guitar has a buttery-smooth feel under the fingers, making faster work feel effortless, and the thankfully lightweight basswood body has been finished with a special semi-gloss for a nicely vintage look and outstanding resonance. The construction of this exacting model is such that the more it's played, the deeper its character gets.
The Stadium HT: Subtle Detail
The 'HT' included in the model name stands for 'hard tail' and refers to the mounted Custom T-Ashtray bridge with brass saddles. Throw the highly expressive Godin GS-3 and Custom Cajon pickups into the mix, and you get an instrument that offers a delicious array of tone and astounding sustain. Other salient details include a modernised control panel that, besides the standard-issue volume and tone controls, includes a 3-way pickup switch that's been slanted to make tonal transitions that bit more accessible.

Deze stond al langer op mijn verlanglijstje, heel fijne gitaar en lekker licht. Dit kan heel fijn zijn als je langer op een podium staat.
Verder klinkt en speelt hij erg lekker. Intoneren is wel wat meer werk doordat het vintage (wel brass :-) zadels zijn en er dus 2 snaren op een zadel zitten. De hals speelt ook erg fijn en soepel. Enige gekke is dat de hoge E-snaar me al na een hlf uur brak. Een goed gekeken maar kon geen scherpe randjes op de zadel vinden. Ik moet ze toch vervangen aangezien het fabriekssnaren zijn, maar dat vond ik wel vervelend en hoop dat mijn nieuwe snaren dit niet gaan doen.
Verder vind ik het ook heel gaaf dat hij geen slagplaat heeft
Te verkrijgen in 3 kleuren, ik vond zwart een fijne kleur, maar de witte ziet ook erg mooi uit. Apart dat de zwarte alleen een stuk goedkoper is als de witte en de bruine terwijl het exact dezelfde gitaren zijn.
Mooie gitaar en made in Canada :-)
