The Guild Kim Thayil S-100 Polara is an affordable signature guitar that should hit the spot for any Soundgarden fan. Dipped in black high-gloss lacquer, this upgraded Polara model features various awesome details, including a King Animal truss rod cover and a Badmotorfinger backplate embellished with Thayil's signature in gold.

The Kim Thayil Polara: For Full-Fat Riffs

The core of this rock-ready axe is formed by a mahogany body loaded with two Guild HB-1 dual-coil pickups and a phase switch, setting it up for seriously beefy sound. Meanwhile, the mahogany neck comes with a vintage soft-U profile and a bound Indian rosewood fretboard finished with pearloid block position markers and twenty-two narrow jumbo frets to support a non-restrictive playing feel.
