General
The Guild Newark St. Collection Polara Deluxe combines design elements from the Seventies with modern tweaks, resulting in a particularly style-packed electric guitar. This double-cut model features a mahogany body with a set-neck construction for eased access to all twenty-two narrow jumbo frets that line the rosewood fretboard, with the relatively short 24.75-inch scale and vintage U-profile also adding to the trusty playing feel.
The Polara Deluxe: Far-Reaching Sound
Loaded with two Guild HB-2+ humbuckers, two tone pots and two volume controls, the Polara Deluxe is especially flexible when it comes to sound. The volume controls even feature a push/pull coil-split function so you can unleash a range of extra-bright sounds. To guarantee dependable tuning stability and enhanced resonance across the board, Guild has topped off the build with a set of open-gear tuners and a Tune-O-Matic bridge with a compensated stopbar.
