General

The Schecter E-1 Custom is an electric guitar for guitarists who love a classic design, powerful tones and high-quality hardware. The body is crafted from mahogany and features a beautiful flamed maple top, whilst the mahogany neck with set-neck construction and Ultra Access ensures a solid joint and comfortable access to the higher frets. The ebony fingerboard is fitted with 22 X-Jumbo frets and features a Thin C neck profile. With a scale length of 24.75 inches and a nut width of 42 mm, this E-1 feels familiar for a wide range of playing styles.

Powerful Schecter USA pickups

The tone is provided by two Schecter USA pickups: a Pasadena Plus™ in the bridge position and a Pasadena™ in the neck position. These passive humbuckers deliver a powerful and full-bodied bass response, with the bridge pickup being particularly well-suited to heavy riffs and lead parts. The controls consist of a volume control and a 3-way switch, allowing you to switch quickly between the two pickups and the combined position. This makes the E-1 Custom suitable for a wide range of styles, particularly rock and metal. The combination of mahogany, ebony and the flamed maple top also contributes to a rich appearance and a resonant response.

Reliable hardware

The hardware is designed to ensure stable tuning and a reliable playing experience. The TonePros T3BT Tune-O-Matic bridge is paired with a T1Z tailpiece, whilst the Schecter locking tuners help to maintain stable tuning. The hardware is finished in chrome and complements the Vintage Sunburst finish beautifully. The guitar comes fitted with D’Addario Regular Light NYXL 1046 strings with a gauge of .010–.046. A matching SCSGR-E1 case is available as a separately sold accessory; it is therefore not included as standard.
