General

The Schecter E-1 FR S Special Edition Trans Purple Burst is an eye-catching electric guitar designed entirely for powerful rock and metal sounds. The body is crafted from mahogany and features a beautiful flamed maple top. The Trans Purple Burst finish highlights the wood grain and gives the guitar a luxurious look. Thanks to the glued mahogany neck with Ultra Access, you also have comfortable access to the higher frets. The Thin C profile contributes to a fast and enjoyable playing experience, making this Schecter suitable for both heavy riffs and technical solos.

Powerful pickups and Sustainiac

In the bridge position, you’ll find a Schecter USA Apocalypse-VI humbucker, which delivers a powerful and aggressive tone. The Sustainiac in the neck position adds long-lasting sustain and extra expressive possibilities. With the volume and tone controls, the 3-way pickup selector, the Sustainiac on/off switch and the 3-way mode switch, you have extensive control over your sound. You can choose between Fundamental, Mix and Harmonic modes. This combination of pickups and control options makes the E-1 FR S Special Edition particularly well-suited to guitarists looking for a versatile and powerful guitar for modern rock and metal.

Floyd Rose and fast playability

The Floyd Rose 1500 Series tremolo bridge offers excellent tuning stability and enables expressive vibrato effects and deep dive bombs. Together with the Grover Rotomatic 18:1 tuning machines, this bridge forms a reliable foundation for intensive guitar playing. The 24 stainless steel X-Jumbo frets offer a durable and comfortable playing experience, whilst the ebony fingerboard ensures a direct and responsive feel. The guitar has a scale length of 25.5 inches and a nut width of 41.3 mm. A matching Schecter SCSGR-E1 case is available separately and is not included.
