Yamaha Pacifica 311H: versatility

The pickups on the Pacifica 311H consist of a single-coil at the neck and a humbucker in the bridge position. These Alnico V pickups produce a vintage sound with outstanding definition and dynamics. The sparkle and bite of the P90 is ideal for the clean and edgy riffs you hear in blues and rock. With the powerful, full humbucker sound you can really get to work making the rougher music you hear in classic rock and modern hard rock. The tone knob of the Pacifica 311H also functions as a push/pull switch that you can use to split the humbucker to a bright-sounding single-coil. Furthermore, this guitar is equipped with a string-through-body fixed bridge, high-quality Grover locking tuners and a slim maple neck with a flat 22-fret rosewood fretboard for better shred and bend work.
