Guild's M-40E Standard is a high-quality electric-acoustic guitar. Not only is this guitar comfortable to play thanks to its slightly more compact concert body and C-section mahogany neck, but also the woods have been specially selected to deliver the best sound. This instrument has all-solid construction with and solid top of Sitka spruce and sides and back of solid African mahogany. This guarantees a warm and rich sound with clear tones and dynamic response. The forward scalloped bracing of Adirondack spruce provides improved projection. The integrated L.R. Baggs Element VTC active pickup system also allows you to play amplified. Volume and tone controls can be found in the guitar's sound hole.

Craftsmanship from the USA

If you are on stage, you obviously want a guitar that sounds great. However, it is a bonus if your instrument also looks nice.
