General

Sire and Larry Carlton have once again joined forces to develop and build an affordable, premium-styled electro-acoustic dreadnought with an SIB pickup system for rich, cream-covered sound: the A4DS. Here, it's the roasted spruce soundboard that racks up the value for money offered here even further, which combines nicely with the mahogany back and sides. This immensely stable acoustic steel-string has been blessed with the same level of playing comfort as any other Sire guitar, and the SIB pickup system and useful controls allow you to effortlessly shape amplified tonal mixes by creating a custom blend of the sounds coming from the internal microphone and the undersaddle piezo pickup.
