Product information

Product no: 9000-0013-8202

General

The Tascam DR-22WL is the smaller counterpart of the DR-44WL, but that doesn't mean it should be underestimated. It's the world's first portable recorder with built-in Wi-Fi! Like the DR-44WL, this entry model is equipped with two studio-grade condenser microphones in an XY configuration for dynamic and spacious stereo recordings and have been designed to handle a sound level as high as 120 dB SPL. With the Tascam DR-22WL, even the loudest concerts, the most explosive special effects and pounding drum solos are registered with undistorted, crystal-clarity.

Tascam DR-22WL: User-Friendly Control

The DR-22WL is equipped with an 8-step scene dial, which - like a photo camera - enables you to select the optimal settings for the eight most common recording applications. You can choose from Easy, Loud, Music, Instrument, Interview, Overdub/Airdub, Play Function, or,  in case you prefer to create your own custom settings, you can set it to Manual mode. An additional 128 by 128-pixel backlit LCD and four function buttons make operating the recorder quite easy, and since making a decent recording relies on setting the right input gain level, the Tascam DR-22WL is fitted with a large, clear volume dial on its base.

Remote Control via Wi-Fi

Thanks to its Wi-Fi technology, the key functions of the DR-22WL, can be controlled remotely using your smartphone or tablet (Android and iOS). So, you can record your own performance while on stage, or position the recorder in a hard-to-reach place in advance and the DR Control app allows you to wirelessly stream and monitor your recordings. The dual-format recording function of the Tascam DR-22WL records an MP3 file in addition to an uncompressed WAV file - ideal for sharing via social networks.

Tascam DR-22WL 2-Channel Handheld Recorder with Wi-Fi

Tascam DR-22WL 2-Channel Handheld Recorder with Wi-Fi

Geweldig!!

The input is good, but probably better would have been a standard jack

Tascam DR-22WL 2-Channel Handheld Recorder with Wi-Fi

Tascam DR-22WL 2-Channel Handheld Recorder with Wi-Fi

Tascam DR-22WL 2-Channel Handheld Recorder with Wi-Fi

Top apparaat.

Tascam DR-22WL 2-Channel Handheld Recorder with Wi-Fi

Tascam DR-22WL 2-Channel Handheld Recorder with Wi-Fi

Pluspunten:
* Neemt geweldig geluid op, kraakhelder
* Heel gemakkelijk te bedienen
* Instellingen blijven behouden
* Record volume in de manual mode instellen (knop onderzijde) werkt echt heel fijn
* Bediening op afstand met Android app "Dr Control" werkt perfect (wel firmware update accepteren bij app download) en is m.i. net zo uitgebreid als iOS, ondanks andere berichten op internet
* Ik heb geen speciale adapter hoeven kopen want je kunt USB power gebruiken, dat is dus gewoon een telefoonladertje met micro usb
