The DAP Audio M10 is a compact, but powerful floor monitor, that offers a stable footing for vocalists and musicians on stage, which is a demanding environment for sound equipment. Feedback, high volumes, unexpected peaks - this M10 can handle them all! The housing is stage-proof, with a durable metal grille that protects the internal components. A scratchproof black lacquer has been applied to the 15mm thick MDF layer, for a durable, neat look. The sound is precisely what you expect from a monitor: dynamic and in your face!
These days the Class-D amplifier is the way to go! Such amplifiers are highly efficient and emit very little heat, in spite of their impressive power. The M10 has a bi-amp module with 350 Watts for the 10-inch woofer and 65W for the 1-inch compression driver. Its components are protected against overloading and a limiter and compressor have also been built in. Line as well as microphone signal can be connected to the XLR/jack combo! The input signal is selected via a switch. An EQ preset button lets you switch between monitor and FOH use.
The M10 is highly multifunctional! It will of course mainly be used as a floor monitor, which is what the wedge-shaped housing is designed for, after all. Thanks to the 35mm stand adapter, the speaker can also be put in an upright position on a stand, for other PA-related applications. Handles have been integrated to allow for easy transport. The unit is powered via the lockable blue connector, which is the standard when it comes to professional audio. All in all, this M10 is a great addition to your gear.
