General
With the DiMarzio DP267F Dark Matter 2 Middle, you get a single coil pickup designed specifically to work together with the Dark Matter 2 neck and bridge humbucker pickups. However, the single coil also has very much its own modern timbre and can also be used separately from these humbuckers. The main emphasis with this pickup is on a balanced sound and subtlety. The element is designed only in F-spaced configuration, so only suitable for guitars with a Floyd Rose or similar tremolo bridge.
