This is the EMG 81-7H humbucker. This is a 7-string active dual-coil guitar pickup designed specifically for 7-string electric guitars with a passive mount mounting system. Based on that legendary 6-string 81 pickup, the 81-7H uses powerful ceramic magnets and precisely placed coils. This provides detailed guitar tones with a tight high that cuts excellently through the mix. This powerful humbucker is ideal for the bridge position of a 7-string guitar to perform your tight riffs and solo parts with unprecedented sustain with it. Placing this 7-string pickup in both the neck and bridge positions gives you a truly overwhelming sound palette. Thanks to EMG's solderless wiring and all its accessories, installing it is easier than ever.
