General

From the Sabian HHX Legacy Hats, you can expect a bright, clean stick articulation and a solid 'chick' with the pedal. These hihats have a warm timbre. They were designed in collaboration with world-renowned drummer Dave Weckl. With Weckl's very specific requirements, Sabian went to work. These HHX Legacy Hats are the result of this. The Legacy series represents the darker side of Weckl's sound spectrum. These hihats have a bright sound, but still that dark HHX undertone. They are made of a B20 bronze alloy.
