General

The concept is straightforward: take a single synthesizer like the Roland Jupiter-X or Jupiter-Xm, give it a smart engine that can be loaded with different sound-models, and you basically have an instrument that's able to take on the sound of an array of synthesizers. This innovative software-plus-hardware approach has been developed with touring synth tweakers in mind, and since it's all courtesy of Roland, it comes backed up by a wealth of software-based and hardware-based experience. Basically, with the Roland Cloud Connect WC-1, you and your Jupiter-X or Jupiter-Xm gain access to an immense library of expansions, gifting your synth with the sound of vintage classics as well as full-on stage beasts.

The Roland Cloud Connect WC-1: How Does it Work?

The Roland Cloud Connect WC-1 is simply a USB stick that you can slot into your Jupiter-X or Jupiter-Xm and couple wirelessly with an iOS and Android compatible app to allow you to access and upload Roland expansions to your synth. The Connect WC-1 gives you a full year of unlimited access, and once the year is up, the subscription can simply be renewed so you can keep up-to-date with any fresh expansions as they come in.

Bax Music Warranty This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

Roland Cloud Connect WC-1
