General
CAD Audio's M179 condenser microphone has a large 1.1-inch gold-sputtered diaphragm and a vintage capsule design. With its high-pass filter and 20DB pad, the M179 can really accentuate the dynamics and frequency response of the audio source. The vintage capsule, a design that originated from the e-300 model from CAD Audio's Equitek series, ensures a warm sound with plenty of detail. Finally, the M179 comes complete with a shock mount and a microphone clip.
