And this is the solid-state edition, so the dynamic range is enormous, and with the -10dB pad, you can comfortably mike up a kick drum. This model also has the same mid-frequency depth and detail so, just like the Neumann U-47 FET, it comes into its own when recording raw vocals and guitar amps.
