The BOSS GT-1 on the other hand, is an affordably-priced, compact and lightweight guitar effects processor that you can take anywhere. It's also extremely easy to use thanks to its streamlined interface and gives you professional-sounding results. Connect the GT-1 to your computer and download free software and patches from BOSS' Tone Central for even more possibilities.

GT-1: futuristic design and specifications

This pedal has a futuristic-looking design to match its specifications that could easily come straight out of a sci-fi film. The GT sound generator features MDP technology that puts BOSS' entire history (and more) within reach. From amplifier modelling to overdrive, chorus, and delay effects, as well as acoustic simulation, the GT-1 does it all. There's even a built-in tuner and a loop function meaning you won't need any other equipment. The pedal can be powered by the four included AA batteries or by means of an optional 9V adapter. Regardless of how you'll supply it with power, a tiny device like the BOSS GT-1 has never had as many features as this one does!
