Antelope Audio Add Microphone Emulation FX
If you're the owner of an Antelope Audio Verge or Edge microphone and a Discrete 4 or Discrete 8 preamp/audio interface, we've got good news for you. Antelope Audio has announced Microphone Emulation FX which give you access to the characteristics of classic microphone models.
Authentic reproduction
The Berlin 47 FT, Berlin 67, Tokyo 800 T and Berlin 57 are the first four emulations to be announced for the audio interfaces. These microphones are all renowned models that have set the standard in studios the world over. Owners of the Discrete 4 & Discrete 8 preamp/audio interfaces can get access to these new emulations by updating the firmware via the control panel.
More good news for Antelope owners...
If you're the proud owner of a different audio interface by Antelope Audio, don't worry. There's plans to roll out the preamp/microphone emulations to other models as well. Not only that, but there are more preamp and microphone models in the pipeline too, so be sure to keep an eye out for news on that.
