In the past, Rode have described the M1 as canned Rock & Roll and not without reason! The M1 dynamic microphone is a true on-stage beast that can take a bit of musician/roadie handling.
It really comes into its own on stage. This dynamic microphone provides durability as well as quality. A built-in pop filter protects the M1 against moisture and makes sure that S, T, R and B sounds do not figure too prominently in the recording!
Its strong housing also makes for a long life span. Rode are so sure of this fact that the M1 comes with a life-long warranty.
